They joined the team after graduating with a Journalism degree from Edinburgh Napier University in 2022, seeking to share their honest opinions of a range of tech products.
Kyle has contributed to multiple brands and sites, including Yours, What's The Best, and Empire. While they previously wrote about all kinds of products, their focus has been primarily on tech since 2024.
They have a lifelong passion for gaming, which takes up most of their hobby time. On weekends, Kyle is most often either grinding away on an RPG or attempting to climb the ladders of fighting games. Growing up with Nintendo, they still gravitate back to Pokémon when nothing else catches their attention. They also keep track of every title they play yearly, looking to rate and review them each year.
Kyle is an avid Dungeons & Dragons player, ideally having a couple of sessions a week with friends. Still, it's a lot easier said than done to get a group of adults to have compatible schedules. Whenever that's not possible or when it's just time to unwind, Kyle will get a cup of tea, put some shows on in the background, and build some Gundam models.
