The consistently creative, US medical comedy that deserves to be a massive hit

With the retirement of Everybody Loves Raymond and The Simpsons growing tired, American TV finds itself bereft of a mass-appeal sitcom. Why that seat is not being filled by Scrubs is tough to understand.

Now into its fourth season, the medical comedy has all the ingredients of a massive hit — top-notch cast, consistently inventive scripts and a relatable sit for its com — yet continually dwells just outside public consciousness. To not watch it is wrong, so please rectify the situation forthwith.
