Review
The idea of a serial killer marshalling an army of cultists is a scary one. The fact they’re all obsessed with Edgar Allan Poe makes it considerably less so. Kevin Williamson works hard to pile up the twists, but it’s both silly and grim, and it’s hard to imagine where it’ll go in Season 2. Murders based on Stephen King?

it's so bad

I couldn't believe that I watched this in its entirety. It runs out of imagination after about 2 episodes. It has so many problems: One - the killer is so mis-cast, he's not scary, charming, sinister, basically he's unbelievable as a serial killer. Two - everyone is so stupid and consistently makes really stupid decisions. Three - the characters are annoying and so you don't care about any of them surviving, much less their nobility when it comes to repeatedly putting themselves in harms wa... More
