Politicians shagging pigs. The X Factor ruling the world. All your memories on tap. To some, Charlie Brooker’s 21st century spin on The Twilight Zone is a darker than dark comedy — to others, it’s a disturbing parable that’s more horrifying than amusing. However you view it, this three-part series is thought-provoking and very well written, with its final episode, The Entire History Of You, a heart-breaking triumph.

A Uniquely Twisted Experience

Black Mirror is most certainly not for the faint of heart. However, for those who can stomach it, it is one of the most thought-provoking, original, and terribly disturbing TV series for a long time. Performances are excellent, with each episode utilizing a different cast.
