The Thick Of It: Series 3

Review Armando Iannucci’s political satire, where even the white bits are black, smells the forthcoming election the way a shark smells blood. Two nemeses for Malcolm Tucker (a brilliant David Haig as his odious replacement, and Tom Hollander’s Tory spin doctor Cal ‘The Fucker’ Richards) provide fresh vitriol for the uniformly superb cast. Unmissable, especially before May 6.
