Jedi Knight: Jedi Academy
Review As moviegoers wait for Anakin Skywalker to succumb to the Dark Side, gamers can get a taste of what Vader’s boy did next in Star Wars Jedi Knight: Jedi Academy.
Players are given the option to create their own apprentice from a range of personal traits, such as species and gender, before learning the ways of The Force at Luke Skywalker’s academy on Yavin 4. The game also breaks from the traditional formula by allowing players to choose their own path and tackle missions that develop specific Force powers. With a greater emphasis on action and a range of weapons that include double-bladed and dual lightsabers, Jedi Academy is the most thrilling instalment in the series so far.
Essential for anyone who’s fantasized about becoming a disciple of the Force.
