SRS: Street Racing Syndicate
Review The Fast And The Furious has a lot to answer for: aside from inspiring a chavalanche of pimped-up rides in Romford, the Vin Diesel vehicle has also helped sire a new subgenre of driving games where the races are staged on shadowy city streets and owning a cool car is just as important as crossing the finish line in first place.
But while SRS features realistic, simulation-style car handling and series of sexy girlfriends you can pick-up along the way, the dreary graphics and bland presentation make for a boring experience overall, and the sense of speed is nowhere near as dramatic as the pant-filling dashes in Rockstar's Midnight Club 3: DUB Edition.
