The Sapphires G'day, Vietnam

Plot Boozy talent scout Dave (O'Dowd) stumbles upon a talented by callow girl group in Outback Australia. Soon he has them drilled and on a plane to entertain the boys in Vietnam. Verdict This musical comedy pitches for the musical uplift of The Commitments and Good, Morning Vietnam's laughs and while it may not quite match the highs of either of those, it's far too lovable to resist.
