Silent Souls Russian art

Plot In the vast spaces of south west Russia, blue collar worker Aist (Igor Sergeyev) and his boss and friend, Miron (Yuri Tsurilo), come together to perform the last rites for Miron's wife. Together they reflect on times past. Verdict A beautiful piece of work: heart-wrending, atmospheric and truly poignant. Recommended.
