Thousands of miles apart, two women – one in Kenya, the other in Borneo – are both doing remarkable work raising orphaned animals. Dr. Birutè Mary Galdikas’ care centre carefully prepares young orangutans for release back into the wild, while Dr Dame Daphne M. Sheldrick does similar work with young African elephants.
Lovely to look at and with cuteness to spare, but it’s only telling kids the nice side of a story with some very obvious villains.
