Watchmen

 We can now confirm that footage from Zack Snyder's Watchmen will be showing at Movie-Con. This will be the first chance for UK audiences to see scenes from this adaptation of Alan Moore and Dave Gibbons' seminal graphic novel about a world where costumed 'superheroes' have been outlawed. But that doesn't stop a small group going back on duty when a number of their contemporaries turn up dead. With a rapturous reaction to footage at Comic-Con and hundreds of thousands of internet downloads of the recent trailer, this looks like it could be something special. Dave Gibbons will be swinging by the BFI Southbank to introduce the footage and answer some fan questions. As the man who drew the Watchmen universe, this guy knows every tiny detail of this project. So we expect you to test him.

the details on this whole event seem to be quite ambiguous, does anyone know if theres a program anywhere, is the event going to be simaler to comic-con with stalls selling merchandise and stands set up by companies advertising movies etc or is it just gonna be a long string of previews? |

Yeah, I'd like to know too, because I bought ticket for the con, for the Hellboy preview, and for the TT preview.... So far it's been pretty vague, and for that price, I hope we won't end up having some kind of low key convention, because that would piss me off ;) I trust you guys!
