Neve Campbell Joins House Of Cards

Since the Scream franchise bloodied its last blade, Neve Campbell has been seen most regularly on the smaller screen with turns in Grey's Anatomy, Mad Men and soon NBC’s Welcome To Sweden. As everyone knows, that’s no bad place to be as an actor these days, especially if you can leap onto a Netflix show like House Of Cards. Campbell is the latest name to be added to the roster for the show’s fourth season.

The Hollywood Reporter has Campbell appearing in a regular role, although Netflix is keeping her character details firmly under wraps.

While the critical consensus was that season three dipped slightly below the vaulted standards of the first two, you wouldn’t put it past Underwood to pull something truly Machiavellian out of the bag in the fourth. Kevin Spacey, of course, will return as a President with far more enemies than friends. Robin Wright is back as his wife Claire and the ever-loyal Doug Stamper (Michael Kelly) returns to clean up his boss’s many messes. No word on Freddy and his BBQ Joint.

Season four will land on Netflix in 2016.
