New International Wolverine Poster
There will be blood...

12 April 2013  |  Written by Ali Plumb  |  Source: Fox

A treat for your Friday: a brand new international poster for The Wolverine, complete with blood, a katana and - well, whaddayaknow? - Hugh Jackman looking rather stern and rather hairy.

Now you're probably thinking that Wolverine doesn't need a sword, what with the adamantium claws on his fists and all, but in this cinematic version of Claremont/Milller's classic run of the comic books Logan loses some of his regenerative powers, so maybe he should take all the help he can get.

You can find out really rather a lot about the upcoming mutant movie by taking a look at our trailer breakdown over in this direction, not forgetting director James Mangold's behind-the-scenes Twitpics, which you can see if you click here.

The Wolverine will arrive in UK cinemas on July 25.

dunno about this
i was looking forward to this especially after origins was so godawful.but the trailer for this looks average at best. if this stinks like the last one then i fear we are gonna have to forget about ever seeing the kick-ass wolvie film that we deserve. its a shame becuse jackman makes a smashing Logan.
