New Fast & Furious 6 Featurette
Vin & the gang talk

27 February 2013  |  Written by James White  |  Source: Yahoo

Few films can promise the vehicular warfare offered by Fast And Furious 6 this year, and after the supremely silly good time that was Fast Five, you know we’re excited to see more from Vin Diesel's Dominic Toretto and the team. There’s a new featurette about the movie available to watch from Yahoo and you can drive your eyes over it below.

Fast Six finds our car-bothering antiheroes living it up after scoring $100 million from the Rio heist. But money, as the old saying goes, can’t buy happiness (though we’d be willing to give it a shot for $10 million each) and it certainly doesn’t afford them the chance to settle with family.

So when bulldog lawman Luke Hobbs (Dwayne Johnson) tracks down Dom with a request for help and an offer of pardons, it’s time to re-assemble the racers.

See, Hobbs is tracking a team of lethally skilled mercenary drivers across 12 countries, whose mastermind (Luke Evans) is aided by a ruthless second-in-command revealed to be the love Dom thought was dead, Letty (Michelle Rodriguez). The only way to stop the criminal outfit is to outmatch them at street level, so Hobbs asks Dom to get his elite team to London. Ladies and gentlemen… start your engines.

Of course, if you really want the full lowdown on the new film, our Nick de Semlyen hung with the cast and crew on set in old London town, and you can read his exclusive feature in the new issue of Empire, which hits the streets at top speed on Thursday.

Fast And Furious 6 is out on May 24.
