Fast & Furious 6 Trailer Hits
Boom! Kapow! Wham! Bam!

05 February 2013  |  Written by Helen O'Hara  |  Source: Universal Pictures

Get behind the wheel everybody, because the full trailer for Fast & Furious 6 is online and it's every bit as dementedly action-packed as we could have hoped for. Prepare, ladies and gentlemen, for vehicular warfare.

The story, of course, sees lawman Luke Hobbs (The Rock) enlist Dominic Toretto (Vin Diesel) and his gang to help him stop a gang of much worse drive-addicted thieves, led by Luke Evans. The carrot? A full pardon for all their own past crimes and a solution to the mystery of why the presumed-dead Letty (Michelle Rodriguez) is walking and talking after all.

But enough talking! Cue tanks, crashing military vehicles, speeding cars, speeding cars that flip other cars, speeding planes that explode and eject speeding cars and much more. It looks like the action quotient will be as high as the subtext is low - which is how we like it for this franchise.

The film is directed by Justin Lin and also stars Paul Walker, Jordana Brewster, Ludacris, Sung Kang, Gina Carano, Gal Gadot, Elsa Pataky and Joe Taslim. It hits screens on May 24, and probably smashes through them immediately afterwards.

What did you think?
Boom! Whoop! I AM SO THERE!
Um, looks cheesy. I am so there.
Um, looks cheesy. I'll be over here reading Kierkegaard.
Wasn't that car on Robot Wars one time?

Holy Sweet Mother of Flying Cars....
Looks freaking awesome, didn't think this franchise would be my cup-o-tea, but thoroughly enjoyable.... Also keeping The Rock in the cast, genius.... More

RE: Ummmm (Target Audience???)
I usually detest meat-headed action films, but there's something about the F&F series that's had me hooked since the first. Only the second movie didn't impress me. More

Ummm
Talk about blowing your load early... How many more money shots does this movie have if it can spoil most of it in the trailer. Not something i would see but for it's target audience looks decent for action More
