New Pic Of Iron Man 3's Mandarin Online
Ben Kingsley shows his rings

04 November 2012  |  Written by James White  |  Source: Marvel

Admittedly, this isn’t a completely new image of Ben Kinglsey playing the Mandarin in Iron Man 3. It’s more a larger version of the previous pic where someone remembered to turn to lights up. But it doesn’t stop the vision of Kingsley, replete with his Rings Of Power, looking fairly awesome as he plots the downfall of Robert Downey Jr’s Tony Stark. Or watches Downton. He could be doing that.

So far, everything we’ve seen of Shane Black’s take on Stark and co's adventures has us excited. There's the darker, moodier tone, the sense that the stakes are higher than ever before, the thought of a truly dangerous nemesis to tangle with and the idea of melding elements of the Extremis storyline all being added to what Jon Favreau has created so far in the movies.

With Gwyneth Paltrow and Don Cheadle back for this one, the new cast includes Guy Pearce, Rebecca Hall, James Badge Dale, Ashley Hamilton, William Sadler and Stephanie Szostak. Not forgetting, of course, Paul Bettany as the voice of the Stark computer system, JARVIS.

Iron Man 3 hits our screens on April 26, a week ahead of the US. Take a peek at the latest teaser trailer below.
