New Jack Reacher Pic Online
With a special guest cameo

No matter your opinion on Tom Cruise’s suitability for the role, he is the cinematic incarnation of Lee Child’s hardcase investigator, Jack Reacher. A new picture of Cruise – with co-star Rosamund Pike – has arrived via the movie’s Twitter account, and you can glimpse it above.

Reacher, adapted from Child’s book One Shot by writer-director Christopher McQuarrie, finds our hero called in to investigate the case of a military sniper accused of shooting five victims. But the suspect, James Barr (Joseph Sikora) claims he’s innocent. And when Reacher agrees to dig in to the case, he finds many more layers to it…

Talking of mysteries, just who is that guy playing the cop between Cruise and Pike? Why, that would be Mr Lee Child himself. He’s probably thinking, ‘Oi, Cruise... I might have approved your casting, but get out of my shot, will ya?”

With a cast that also includes the likes of Richard Jenkins, Robert Duvall, David Oyelowo and Werner Herzog (yup, the actual Herzog), Jack Reacher will assault our screens on December 26.

So sad that they messed up the casting of this so bad -- such a huge missed opportunity for a great film series. Even Lee Child there looks like a better Reacher than wimpy little Cruise. More

RE: New Jack Reacher Pic Online
When I first watched the trailer I laughed when Cruise said "Really", because all I could think at that moment was that my reaction would be, "Yes really, you squeaky voiced shrimp", then I proceed to beat the shit out of him. Now take into account the fact that I knew nothing about Jack Reacher at that point, suffice to say, I laughed even harder when I read about his physical description. Cruise isn't just miscast because he's short, it's also because he's not a believable tough guy More

Ugh. The casting of Cruise was an obvious miss step, but everything i've seen of this flick has raised NO INTEREST in seeing it, which is shocking when you consider the fact that i'm a huge fan of the Reacher books. More

reacher lol
Having read all the Reacher books and I would like to know what part of Reacher does Tom Cruise look like? Reacher is 6ft 5inches tall built like a brick s**t house capable of killing with his bare hands expand. More
