Latest Taken 2 Trailer Smashes In
Neeson. Skills. Guns. You know the drill

31 July 2012  |  Written by James White

We’ve had at least a couple of trailers for Taken 2, and some clips to boot. So if you were expecting to see a completely fresh promo for Liam Neeson’s latest smack / shoot / chase-fest, this one won't offer much in the way of new footage. Still, it’s Neeson doing what he does best, so click below and enjoy anyway, courtesy of Yahoo.

For those who don’t know the story already, Neeson’s Bryan Mills is in Istanbul, where his daughter Kim (Maggie Grace) and now not-so-estranged wife Lenore (Famke Janssen) have shown up to surprise him.

Crashing their happy family time are the loyal followers of Murad (Rade Serbedzija), leader of the criminals who snatched Kim in Paris in the last film and whose operatives ended up as so much pulp thanks to Mills. Now, Murad has sworn vengeance, which he enacts on Bryan and Leonore. It’s up to Grace (with some help, of course, from her pop) to free them.

With Olivier Megaton on shot-calling patrol, Taken 2 arrives on October 4. And for an exclusive chat with Neeson, check out the latest Empire.
