Update:A hidden QR code on the theatrical poster has revealed a brand new poster, featuring Catwoman's boot stomping on the Bat logo. Take a look below...
Just yesterday the latest one-sheet for The Dark Knight Rises hit the web, bringing with it a heated debate*. Now the weather outlook appears to be getting distinctly colder and wetter, with six new character banners arriving, all featuring a snow and rain theme.
Yes, once again it’s the Big Three – Bats, Bane and Catwoman – who get the love in a series that Michael Fish would go mad for (or, since the source is the movie’s French Facebook page, perhaps that should be Michel Poisson?**) Yes, given that Anne Hathaway’s Selina Kyle predicts in the trailer that a storm is coming, these somehow seem apt, even if we do wonder why they all think they have to be tough and stand out in the mucky weather when there are vehicles nearby. We can even now hear their mothers telling them they’ll catch their death. Well, maybe not Bruce’s…
Anyway, they’re stylish and moody, and we'd put them on our wall. And that sound you hear is Michael Caine and Morgan Freeman grumping that they never get their own character shots. Alfred in a hailstorm, anyone?
With Bale, Hathaway, Freeman, Caine, Tom Hardy, Joseph Gordon-Levitt, Gary Oldman, Marion Cotillard and Juno Temple among the cast, The Dark Knight Rises will be here on July 20. You can watch the latest trailer below.

I love the Batman movies! I will go and see this one. I gotta say that I think that this has got to be the laziest ad campaign I've seen in a long while. Warners have effectively advertised that they know everyone will go and see it so ven't bothered to produce any posters or trailers that are emotionally stirring or attempt to engage the audienceke the last two films. They look like the card packaging you would've seen attached to toys in 80's. Very arrogant and l More
Ahhh now that's more like it!
The rises ones are quality. More

The Dark Knight Rises posters
Talking of Empire covers, I hope they do a better job with their Batman special than Total Film. I'm assuming Empire do a Batman special. I'm pretty sure they will as there's nothing much that can shift copies of a film magazine more than the image of Batman. More
