Rapace Stars In New Prometheus Viral
Creepy? You betcha

16 May 2012  |  Written by Ali Plumb

Following on from April's really rather disturbing David video virals comes team Prometheus' latest online offering in the form of this Noomi Rapace-starring clip we've got for you below.

Showing Dr. Elizabeth Shaw begging Weyland Corp. to take her on her voyage of discovery via a video message, it's not quite as chilling as David's birthday celebrations, but still disturbing in its own flickery way.

Aside from the garbled sound and the general forboding tone, what's really piqued our interest in this clip is the inclusion of the name 'Yutani' in the software used to analyse Shaw's face - as in, the Weyland Yutani.

And yet, at this point in the Alien story, it's just Weyland Corp., so how do Yunati get involved? Only time, and watching Prometheus itself when it comes out in the UK on June 1, will tell.

P.S. Did you notice the nice sight gag when the screen says 'Lisbet' in reference to her starring role in the original Girl With The Dragon Tattoo trilogy? That's right, they're doing meta-jokes now, the clever bastards.
