New Hotel Transylvania Trailer Online
Where monsters can rest in peace

24 April 2012  |  Written by James White  |  Source: Yahoo!

The Hotel Transylvania team certainly seems committed to keeping the trailers coming. It’s been less than a month since the first teaser hit the web, but here comes a new promo, which shares at least one big joke (the shower skeleton surprise) but otherwise brings us some fresh footage. Check it out below, courtesy of Yahoo!

Hotel Transylvania finds Adam Sandler recruiting a batch of his friends and a few other names to voice creatures usually found haunting classic Universal monster movies. The concept sees Sandler's Dracula turning his castle into a place where the ghouls and beasties can relax away from the troublesome attentions of the human race.

So while werewolf Wayne (Steve Buscemi) and wife Wanda (Molly Shannon), Frank (Kevin James), invisible man Griffin (David Spade) and Murray the Mummy (Cee-Lo Green) are all relaxing and celebrating Drac’s daughter Mavis (Selena Gomez)’s 118th birthday, everything seems to be fun.

But then trouble shows up in the form of goofy human Jonathan (Andy Samberg), who Dracula must keep away from the guests for fear of chaos breaking out. And that’s not helped when Jonathan falls for Mavis…

We’re pinning our hopes on director Genndy Tartakovsky for this one, especially in the wake of Sandler efforts such as Jack & Jill. The movie creeps into cinemas on October 12.
