New Wrath Of The Titans Featurettes Land
Two fresh chunks of mythological mayhem

23 March 2012  |  Written by Phil de Semlyen

With Wrath Of The Titans poised to propel us back into an ancient world chock full of gods, monsters and general mayhem, two new featurettes have arrived to guide us through two of the movie's big bads.

In the dark corner is the Makhai, double-torsoed demon warriors. They're described as "unstoppable killing machines", nightmarish Titan troopers that will be doing the bad guys' soldiering like supernatural Uruk-hai.

In the other dark corner, and sounding a little bit like a Dartford nightclub, is the hybrid terror that is the Chimera. It's a freaky tangle of arms and legs that will tear you apart as soon as look at you. So a little bit like a Dartford nightclub after all.

These aren't the only nasties that Perseus (Sam Worthington) will have to tackle in Jonathan Liebesman's Titans sequel. It's ten years on from the first story and not only is Hades (Ralph Fiennes) up to his old tricks, but the powerful Titan Kronos is threatening Zeus (Liam Neeson) and the order of gods and men. And all Perseus wants is to catch a few haddock.

If these featurettes aren't enough Wrathfulness for you, here's the trailer to feast your eyes on. Wrath Of The Titans is out in 3D on March 30.
