New Cars 2 Trailer Hits The Web
Plus some brand new 'retro' posters

Back in November we saw a one minute teaser trailer for Pixar’s latest, Cars 2, and since then we’ve been drip fed image after image as Disney ruthlessly teased the poor little mites who are addicted to the tales of Mater and Lighting McQueen.

Now we’ve got another trailer – a newer trailer, a longer trailer, and a trailer than contains far more dialogue from Michael Caine’s character, the fantastically brilliant spy Finn McMissile. From the sounds of things, he’s really got in to the whole affair, so that’s a good sign.

Still, we’ll leave it up to you guys to make up your own mind about this one. Why? Well, the original Cars divides even the most die-hard of Pixar addicts, so we’ll try and let you decide on it yourselves.

That said, we will point out one thing: the humour’s a little broader than expected. Cars falling into sewage tanks, that kind of thing – side note: Where’s the excrement come from? Isn’t everyone a motor vehicle? – but then again, we’re not kids, so they’ll probably love it.

Plus, we've got some special Cars 2 posters here for you to take a gander at after you've watched the trailer. They're old school, you'll like 'em.

Appalling? Amazing? Refreshingly refreshing? Dull as dishwater? Perfect summer fare for the kiddlywinks? Let us know your thoughts in the comment box below and remember, Cars 2 is out in cinemas come July 22.

Do We All Know Cars Is Pixar's Worst? I Think Not.
L: robwillphill Come on... we all know Cars is Pixars 'worst' film - and by 'worst' I mean it is still pretty good (7/10) but could have been so much better. This looks like more of the same to me - given it is Pixar I would expect the quality to be a 7,8,9, or even 10/10. Given it is a sequel to Cars... I'm guessing this will be another 7. Looks Ok, just not as good as the others would say it's Pixar's second worst film, and still a 9/10. I thing Cars 2 looks really enjoyabl More
