New Sabotage Trailer Crashes In
Red-band carnage from Arnie and co

It’s headshot central down on Arnie avenue today. This new R-rated Sabotage trailer is a squib-tastic two minutes of people getting blown away by a vengeful Schwarzenegger as he pursues the baddies who have taken his wife and son.

Sabotage finds the Austrian Oak in charge of an elite DEA unit that raids drug cartels and brings some very nasty criminals to justice. But on their latest bust, something odd happens: $10m in drug money goes missing, and someone starts killing off the squad members. Soon investigator Caroline Brentwood (Olivia Williams) is poking around, looking for whoever nicked the cash and trying to stop other members being offed.

Arnold’s Taken, then? Just maybe his particular set of skills – kicking ass, driving around in big trucks, cigar puffing – will revitalise a comeback that looked to be flagging slightly after The Last Stand and Escape Plan.

End Of Watch’s David Ayer has directed and co-written this slab of testosterone-soaked action. On the evidence of that cop drama, and his Training Day script, it’ll be raw, free from the usual police (well, DEA) clichés and pretty darn uncompromising. Terrence Howard, Joe Manganiello, Sam Worthington and Mireille Enos also feature.

Sabotage will be kicking over a pick 'n' mix concession near you on May 7.

Looks good to me...
Last Stand wasn't as bad as made out, so I'm looking foward to this: David Ayer's a good director! More
