Latest Poster For The Amazing Spider-Man 2
His greatest battle begins

Andrew Garfield’s Peter Parker definitely won’t have much time to relax by the time the second Amazing Spider-Man film swings around next year. He’s beset on all sides by enemies like Jamie Foxx’s Electro and Paul Giamatti’s Rhino and, as this new poster suggests, his greatest battle is just beginning. It’s a hard knock life being a superhero, eh?

Peter, meanwhile, is still balancing acts of heroism with romancing Gwen Stacy (Emma Stone) and trying to live up to his Uncle Ben’s (Martin Sheen) credo about great power and great responsibility etc., etc. Oh, and he doesn't want to make his Aunt May (Sally Field) worry too much. Still, beyond the two main villains, there’s plenty to keep the web-slinger occupied, not the least of which is old chum Harry Osborn (Dane DeHaan) who definitely seems to have darker intentions.

The Amazing Spider-Man 2 hits cinemas on April 18, 2014, with two more instalments planned for May 2016 and May 2018. The trailer can be found lurking below.
