New Ender's Game Poster Online
Check out the final UK quad

The release date for Ender's Game is fast approaching, but while we prepare ourselves for the Formic invasion and train our children in military strategy there's still time for one last UK poster - and here it is.

The film, adapted from the perennially popular sci-fi novel by director Gavin Hood, sees humanity reeling from the attempted invasion of an alien species. While these Formics were beaten back initially, humanity knows they're on the way again and begins a desperate mission to protect the planet. Children who show a gift for strategy are sent to the Battle School in orbit to learn military tactics and begin a lifelong quest to become the sort of commander who can save us all.

Ender (Asa Butterfield) is one of the more promising of these recruits, and the film follows him through the Battle School and beyond. He's joined by standing military leaders Colonel Graff (Harrison Ford) and Mazer Rackham (Sir Ben Kingsley), as well as fellow recruits Petra (Hailee Steinfeld) and Bean (Aramis Knight). Abigail Breslin plays his sister, Valentine, and Viola Davis is psychologist Major Gwen Anderson.

Ender's Game hits screens on October 25 in the UK and November 1 in the US. If that's too long to wait, you can play the strategy game here.

I'm sure it'll be fine and watchable...
But everything about this makes me want to go and play Mass Effect. More

This actually has a certain generic, underwhelming mundanity to it that makes the film seem neither appealing nor particularly offensive. If it elicited any more excitement in me I would likely dose off into a state of genuine sleep. More

Lacking in imagination
What a terrible hack poster. The teaser poster was much better than this run of the mill, by the numbers rubbish. There is NOTHING memorable about this poster and it says a lot about what the films producers consider to be quality work. Graphic artists and poster designers across the country will be crying into their tea when they see this... Awful. More

PLEASE
I really want this to be good. It looks like a 3 star affair, though. More
