Spicy New Don Jon Stills Arrive
Scarlett Johansson and Joseph Gordon-Levitt let it all hang out

Joseph Gordon-Levitt’s directorial debut Don Jon is a comedy that unites him with Tony Danza, Scarlett Johansson and a whole stack of pixelated porniness. Empire is proud to be sponsoring its UK premiere at the London Film Festival (all details are here) and we're hoping it's every bit as funny and energised as these new pics and its existing trailer promise.

Gordon-Levitt plays gym-bunny Jon Martello, a handsome, old-fashioned guy with a way with the ladies that's seen him dubbed 'Don Jon' by his buddies. The catch? He gets his real gratification alone in front of the computer watching pornography.

When he meets the beautiful Barbara Sugarman (Johansson), a traditional girl who craves a romance more in the spirit of Hollywood rom-coms than, say, You Have Male or Terms Of Inrearment, things, um, come to a, well, head for him. Ooh matron! etc.

But can Jon shake his addiction and find real meaning in his new relationship? Or will he carry this dependence with him like a basque-clad albatross?

Rounding out the cast are Danza, Julianne Moore (seen here), Lindsey Broad and Brie Larson. Flicks And Bits has the scoop on this new batch of stills from the movie, so head over there for the full gallery.

Don Jon is debuting at that Empire-sponsored LFF gala on October 16, before getting a UK-wide release on November 15.
