New Thor: The Dark World Character Posters
Thor, Loki, Jane and Ol' blue eyes Malekith

We’ve seen the reaction that our latest subscriber covers – featuring Chris Hemsworth’s Thor and Tom Hiddleston’s Loki – have caused online. Now they’re here as part of a range of character posters for Thor: The Dark World that also feature the favourite son of Asgard with human lady love Jane Foster (Natalie Portman) and Dark Elf Malekith, played by Christopher Eccleston.

The Dark World
, in case anyone has just awoken from Odinsleep, finds Thor once more tasked with saving the Nine Realms from Malekith’s once-banished evil legions, who have begun to spread terror and conflict in the wake of Loki’s actions and the destruction of the Rainbow Bridge in the first film.

Despite his better judgement, Thor will have to seek his adopted brother’s help to figure out this latest threat, even if he knows the mischief-maker and former Hulk punching bag will betray him at the earliest opportunity.

With Kat Dennings, Idris Elba, Anthony Hopkins, Zachary Levi, Ray Stevenson, Jaimie Alexander and Adewale Akinnuoye-Agbaje among the cast, Thor: The Dark World is out here on October 30.
