First Look At Muppets Most Wanted
Kermit and co hit the road again

Given the multiple trailers produced for the first of the new Muppet films, we’re certain there will be more parody promos in our future. For now, however, point your eyes downwards towards the first teaser trailer for the sequel, Muppets Most Wanted

The format for this latest offering from our favourite felt friends finds Kermit and co on a European tour that, in true Muppet style, goes A) a bit wrong and B) a lot bonkers.

For one thing, Kermit is implicated in a massive heist pulled off by someone who looks just like him. Soon, Interpol (in the shape of Ty Burrell’s agent) is on the gang’s trail and there’s trouble with both Ricky Gervais (whose role is still not clear) and Tina Fey’s Russian gulag officer. A batch of images from the film are lurking below.

Though the Maroon 5 gag might not have the freshest scent about it, we’re just happy to have the Muppets back. With Tom Hiddleston, Debby Ryan, Christoph Waltz, Dexter Fletcher, Danny Trejo, Ray Liotta among the cast, the film is once more under the watchful eye of director James Bobin (who also co-writes with Nicholas Stoller this time) and we’re promised more musical genius from Oscar winning Conchord Bret McKenzie.

In the meantime, find out Hollywood's favourite Muppets here, listen to Kermit and Pepe discuss the first film here or browse a complete guide to the entire Muppet filmography to date. Muppets Most Wanted is out on March 28. SEQUEL!
