Concept Art Posters For Thor & Captain America
The Dark World & The Winter Soldier launch Con exclusives

You may have already seen the concept art for Captain America: The Winter Soldier, which features Steve Rogers going mano a mecha-mano against cyborg-enhanced Bucky Barnes. Now that image, and one of Thor using Mjolnir to fly up past the faces of the rest of The Dark World’s cast, has popped up on Marvel’s Comic-Con exclusive posters.

The Cap image, from concept man Ryan Meinerding, has Cap (Chris Evans) in mid-fight against the Winter Soldier (Sebastian Stan). The film itself finds the Star-Spangled man still trying to cope with being out of time, and dealing with new threats in Washington with a little help from Black Widow (Scarlett Johansson) and Falcon (Anthony Mackie).

Chris Hemsworth’s Thor, meanwhile, has to deal with the resurgence of an ancient enemy and a battle that will threaten all of Asgard, while also spilling down to Earth again and putting the lives of everyone the warrior god cares for in danger. The Dark World also features Natalie Portman, Kat Dennings, Anthony Hopkins, Idris Elba, Zachary Levi, Ray Stevenson, Jaimie Alexander and some bloke called Hiddleston a few people seem to like. The Thor pic, crafted by Charlie Wen and the Cap pic will be available in San Diego at the Marvel Booth from preview night on Wednesday.

Thor: The Dark World hits UK cinemas on October 30, followed by Captain America: The Winter Soldier on April 4 next year.
