First Look At Hayley Atwell's Agent Carter
Marvel one-shot gets an ace one-sheet

Here are some more pre-Comic-Con goodies, this time in the shape of a rather ace, Pulp Fiction-esque poster for Marvel short Agent Carter. The poster and some swish new images have been debuted by Entertainment Weekly in advanced of the Captain America spin-off's debut in San Diego next week.

Agent Carter is this year's Item 47, the Marvel one-shot debuted at last year's 'Con to general glee. While Atwell's wartime agent will pop up in Captain America: The Winter Soldier, it's likely to be a brief cameo as an elderly lady. Agent Carter, then, should satisfy fans yearning to find out what became of the character once Cap has set off on his ill-fated flight with the Red Skull.

"Fans of the first film really wanted to find out what happened to Peggy afterwards", elaborates Atwell, "so Marvel are also making a short film, which is basically 'What Peggy Did Next'." Judging by these new pics, the answer is pretty clear. She kicked some serious ass.

It's the brainchild of Marvel's co-president and short-filmmaker-in-chief Louis D’Esposito, and will see Carter doing battle with evildoers and chauvinism alike.

Head over to EW for the full gallery. If you're not making the trip to Comic-Con, fear not. Agent Carter will appear as a DVD extra on Captain America 2. For more on that movie, feast your eyes on this new concept art, hot off the press.

"If you're not making the trip to Comic-Con, fear not. Agent Carter will appear as a DVD extra on Captain America 2." Then why does it say "Exclusively on Marvel's Iron Man 3" on that poster? More

Really?
Did people really want to know what happened to Peggy after The First Avenger? Or was someone just really bored at Marvel HQ... More
