Sarah Bolger Joins Reawakening
She'll dabble with dangerous forces

You might think that dealing with weird supernatural events in The Spiderwick Chronicles, The Moth Diaries and TV’s Once Upon A Time would teach Sarah Bolger not to go playing with the laws of nature. Apparently not! Because she’s now signed on to co-star in Reawakening.

David Gelb is directing the film, which also features Olivia Wilde, Evan Peters, Donald Glover and Mark Duplass, and chronicles the story of research students who stumble upon the secret of bringing test subjects back from the dead.

Naturally, they celebrate their mastery of life and death, but clearly none of them have seen Pet Sematary or one of the many TV series and movies that have explored the terrible consequences of cheating death or tangling with the forces of mortality, because events inevitably take a turn for the sinister.

Luke Dawson and Jeremy Slater wrote the script for this one, and the cameras should be rolling shortly. Bolger next has three indie movies awaiting releases: Kiss Me, Crush and As Cool As I Am. Reawakening promises to be something very different…
