Fancy nearly an hour of spoiler-filled Empire Podcast chat about the latest Superman movie, Man Of Steel, followed by half an hour's worth of immensely interesting details from the film's director Zack Snyder and writer / producer David S. Goyer?

That's exactly what we've got for you below, as we address the film's depiction of Krypton, discuss why certain action beats happen the way that they do and what might be in store in further films. Be warned though: this podcast contains high levels of DC nerdiness, which is Kryptonite for certain Marvel fans.

Interesting Thought
When Kal-El travels through space to Earth as a baby, grows up on Earth into an adult, he has obviously aged. How come when Zod comes to Earth he does not look a day older than when we initially see him? That goes for both the original and new version. More
