Two New Iron Man 3 Suits Online

Just when you thought it wasn’t possible for any more Iron Man 3 content to arrive online, here comes two new suits of armour to prove you oh-so-very-wrong. Yesterday we met Silver Centurion and Shotgun, while today brings the Mark 17 and the Mark 38, courtesy once again of the movie’s Facebook page.

Given that there is a plethora of new suits in the new “Unlock The Armours” feature on the page, we can expect to see several more before this thing is finished.

Today’s examples include one we get a brief glimpse of in the latest trailer (watch it again it below), which has already been nicknamed the “Hulkbuster” thanks to its beefy frame. We even labelled it as such in our feature about the various pause-worthy moments of said trailer, but it actually goes by the designation of Mark 38 Heavy Lifting Suit, or “Igor.” Also included in the new release is the Mark 17, an Artillery Level RT Suit nicknamed “Heartbreaker.” We’re pretty sure the RT in the name doesn’t mean this is one Tony has for Re-Tweeting while in combat, but with JARVIS, who knows?

Iron Man 3 will see the main man (Robert Downey Jr.) come up against the threat of devious warlord The Mandarin (Ben Kingsley) with his life and those of everyone he loves at stake. Can he find his groove before everything he loves is lost? And can he defeat this new enemy without the help of those oh-so conveniently super-powered pals of his?

We’ll find that out and more when the movie, directed by Shane Black, arrives on April 25.
