New US Despicable Me 2 Poster
Minions assemble!

19 March 2013  |  Written by Phil de Semlyen  |  Source: Primary Ignition

We've already had a glimpse of Despicable Me 2's Minions in teaser trailer form. We've caught a glimpse of the little blighters in the movie's trailer. Now, here's one grabbing the glory all for himself in this new poster that's debuted over at Primary Ignition. Because who doesn't love a Minion, right?

This one, Phil, seen here executing the classic Top Gun towel-off, is no doubt kitting up in boiler suit and protective goggles for another day of not really assisting Gru (Steve Carell) and gadgets wiz Dr. Nefario (Russell Brand) in their hairbrained schemes. Facing off against them this time is a new, as-yet unnamed nemesis voiced by Al Pacino.

Despicable Me directors Pierre Coffin and Chris Renaud return for the sequel to oversee a voice cast boasting the talents of Carell, Pacino, Brand, Kristen Wiig and Steve Coogan.

Opening in the US on July 3, Despicable Me 2 is out on Albion's fair-to-mild-with-snowy-patches shores on June 28.
