New Catching Fire Fashion Posters
Peeta, Gale and Finnick get kitted out

08 March 2013  |  Written by James White

Day four of the Capitol’s Fashion Week tied in with The Hunger Games: Catching Fire, and now we’re starting to wonder about President Snow’s attitude to the whole thing. Because while we can see why the likes of Effie Trinket (Elizabeth Banks), Games victor Katniss Everdeen (Jennifer Lawrence) and former champ Haymitch Abernathy (Woody Harrelson) could be considered worthy of a photoshoot… Why does Liam Hemsworth’s Gale Hawthorne rate one? Still, here he is, alongside Sam Claflin’s Finnick Odair and Josh Hutcherson’s Peeta Mellark

If we’re honest, Peeta and Gale look like they’re competing on a reality dating show for Katniss’ affections. You half expect Stanley Tucci’s Caesar Flickerman to show up and start asking them questions about their ideal date.

Though we suspect that might be one of the Capitol’s highest rated shows, there are much more serious matters at hand. Katniss and Peeta, fresh from their unexpected joint success in the 74th Hunger Games, are marched off around the districts on a Victory Tour. As revolution against Snow and his decadent Capitol minions brews, the president has plans for our heroes: putting them back in the Arena for a 75th games featuring past winners such as Finnick and Johanna Mason (Jena Malone).

With Francis Lawrence calling the shots, The Hunger Games: Catching Fire will be out on November 22.
