New Star Trek Into Darkness Stills Land
Fresh from the latest issue of Empire...

04 January 2013  |  Written by Ali Plumb  |  Source: Empire

In the February Issue of Empire which thanks to the weird and wonderful ways of magazine publishing comes out at the very end of December there is world exclusive on set access to 2013's biggest sequel, Star Trek Into Darkness, and now we're proud to unveil 11 high definition stills from the mag online.

There's much more detail in the issue itself to wrap your eyes around, but for online-only content on J. J. Abrams' hotly anticipated return to Trek, be sure to have a read of this fun interview with Carol Marcus (Alice Eve) and the villain of the piece, John Harrison (Benedict Cumberbatch) which for some reason ends up discussing SImon Pegg's love of Mars bars whilst at work.

Then there's the nine minutes of pre-Hobbit Star Trek Into Darkness IMAX preview footage summated for you here, as well as a Q&A with some of the stars and the film's producer, Bryan Burk, over in this direction, not forgetting the magazines covers, which you can see below.

Star Trek Into Darkness is out on May 17. Empire is on sale on right about now. To make sure you never miss a copy why don't you subscribe today?
