First Artwork From Sin City 2 Revealed?
Crystal McCahill is a dame to kill for

03 January 2013  |  Written by Owen Williams  |  Source: Crystal McCahill (via Coming Soon)

File this under "slightly mysterious and not necessarily legit" for the time being, but we have possibly just been shown the first bit of art from Robert Rodriguez' upcoming Sin City: A Dame To Kill For. The pic, in the rainy poster style of the first Sin City, comes courtesy of actress (and erstwhile Playmate) Crystal McCahill, who posted it on her Instagram account.

So what might this tell us? McCahill's role hasn't yet been revealed, but what seems likely judging from the above is that she's playing one of the girls of Old Town (you'll recall that all the women in Sin City are either whores or strippers, apart from when they're naked lesbian parole officers).

However, is it just conceivable that she's playing Ava (see below), the DTKF of the title, who has a thing with Dwight and also encounters Marv? McCahill has also leaked that she's been sharing scenes with Mickey Rourke, so maybe, maybe... It'd be a big role for a first-time actress, but last we heard it was vacant, after Angelina Jolie turned it down.

More questions than answers then. What we do know is that Sin City: A Dame To Kill For stars the aforementioned Rourke, Clive Owen, Jaime King, Jamie Chung, Jessica Alba and Rosario Dawson, and is pencilled in for release in October. Watch this space for more developments.
