Hope they don't give too much more away in any future trailers.
Sir Ben Kingsley, Guy Pierce, RDJ. What's not to like.
Fingers crossed this is looking like a terrific follow up to Avengers.
I really hope they keep Rhodey and Black Widow included in the story somehow, but then again that might be over loading the soup. More

Looks suitably epic, but then following The Avengers, this has to deliver something special. Loved the music too. Was this created for the teaser, or is taken from something else? More

I have no evidence for this but I bet a fiver the headset shot is ripped from New Avengers where Tony uses it to control a bunch of armours all at once, without being in any of them. More

| RE: Telepresence Armour? |

I'm curious about this too. In the clip where the armour appears when Tony and Pepper are in bed, I would lean towards it being controlled by Tony though he might not be aware of it. She seems pretty frantic before the armour even appears and Tony doesn't even open his eyes when she screams so maybe he's somehow gotten locked into the armour through his subconscious or some weird shit. I find it hard to believe that, for a man having nightmares and angsting over losing Pep More

As a long term Iron Man reader, could the headset he is wearing be the "telepresence" unit where he controls an "empty" suit of armour through the headset? Or could the armour have gained intelligence like in the later comics and become its own entity

Does Shane Black have any script input or is he just directing though? With the exception of Whedon, I've always had the impression that Marvel treat their directors very much like Eon with the Bond films - the director is merely the most eminent hired hand, with the scripts coming from elsewhere.
So, if the film's out earlier than it is in the US, any likelihood of us missing out on another post-credits scene like with Avengers?!
As for 'Sir' Ben, this is his gold More

Looks great, but I'd wish they'd stop showing major moments in the trailers. Iron Man 3 is going to be a hit. The first two, and the success of The Avengers show that, so I'd like them to hold back the set pieces from the trailers.
The destruction of Stark's home looks like a great moment - it'd be even better if the first time we saw it was in the cinema.
I guess I'm being overly harsh though, because this seems to be the trend nowaways.
Anyway, it's all looking good. More

Um. I don't know a whole lot about the Mandarin but...why does he have Captain America's shield tattooed on the back of his neck? Intriguing.
