Twilight Spin-Off In The Works?
Wolf Pack may get the spotlight

17 October 2012  |  Written by James White  |  Source: Moviehole

Before treading any further into this story, beware the giant, faded RUMOUR signs hanging all around. While we can easily believe that Lionsgate / Summit want to hold onto the Twilight cash cow, nothing official has been confirmed and the company has been going out of its way to disavow everything. Still, word comes from Moviehole’s sources that plans are being drawn up for the continuation of the franchise.

Building on chatter heard, and studio-denied by Bloody Disgusting earlier this year, the focus appears to be away from the central, but pricey trio of Kristen Stewart’s Bella, Robert Pattinson’s Edward and Taylor Lautner’s Jacob (who are, in any case, unlikely to want to continue).

Instead, we may yet see other movies or even TV series based on secondary characters like the Wolf Pack, who certainly know how to draw attention to themselves (mostly by running around without their shirts). There's even been talk of a reboot, which seems a little early to us, but given how quickly they're happening these days...

And as Breaking Dawn – Part 2 prepares to hit our cinemas and mint yet more moolah, it’s looking more and more likely that it won’t quite be the end for Stephenie Meyer’s universe, even though she’ll have approval on anything going forward. So don’t get your hopes up or start feeling the fear – depending on your attitude towards Twilight – just yet.

What would you want to see in a Twilight spin-off?
Wolf Pack adventures sounds good.
Give the other Cullens a spotlight!
Aro and co are the way to go. Volturi history!
Total reboot might make sense.
Nuke it from orbit. It's the only way to be sure.
