Filled with the kind of roulette even Wesley 'always bet on black' Snipes would run from, 13 is set in a world of very high-stakes pistol play. It's straight-to-DVD(-and-Blu-ray), but this punchy trailer looks well worth a look.
The movie sees Sam Riley play Vince Ferro, a young man who's out of his depth in a world where large stakes are placed on the outcome of Russian roulette games. Unsurprising, really, considering he's also dealing with Jason Statham's gambler, Ray Winstone's violent lunatic and a Texan cowboy played by Mickey Rourke.
That volatile stew of testosterone and bullets is overseen by Géla Babluani, directing a US remake of his own Euro-thriller 13 Tzameti.
