A busy week for London's movieland wrapped up in fine style with Brad Pitt of Killing Them Softly walking a red carpet previously strolled by the good folk of Anna Karenina and a variety of LFF luminaries. Pitt, who plays Boston enforcer Jackie Cogan in the movie, talked about his second collaboration with The Assassination Of Jesse James director Andrew Dominik to the media masses.

Killing Them Softly is an adaptation of George Higgins' novel that initially headed to our screen's under the book's name, Cogan's Trade. "It's a low-level Boston crime drama about setting right the wrongs of the business", explains Pitt, "and Andrew Dominik juxtaposed it against the banking crisis."
