James Franco Up For Lindsay Lohan Film
Directing video/art project

James Franco Up For Lindsay Lohan Film

If you rewatched James Franco's otherworldly Oscar hosting gig recently, you'll know that the man is no stranger to video/art projects with a twist of postmodernism. Well, according to a post on Actor's Access, he's got another one on the go - his time "a video/art project encompassing the life of two Hollywood celebrities".

The celebrities in question are Lindsay Lohan and Franco himself, subjects of a project that may or may not feature the pair in person. The site's casting call requests "James Franco types" and "Lindsay Lohan types" aged 13, 21, 30, 45 and 60.

We're not sure how a 60 year-old would know that they're a Lindsay Lohan type, but it's an intriguing prospect. The project is being produced under Franco's own Rabbit Bandini marque, which, with Lovelace, is soon offering a spot of vino Franco on the other side of the camera too. He's playing dressing-gowned dilettante Hugh Hefner alongside Amanda Seyfried in the biopic.
