Empire's Special Jason Isaacs Podcast
Say hello to an hour of Mr. Isaacs

27 July 2012  |  Written by Ali Plumb  |  Source: Exclusive

As a longtime friend of the magazine, Jason Isaacs is always welcome at Empire Towers - and now that we've got our podcast up and running, the last time he popped round we ushered him into the podbooth and started asking him some pertinent questions.

The conversation then wound its way through such wonderful topics as Soccer Aid, Event Horizon and moustaches, even touching on what it is to be an actor and how it feels to be stopped in the street by Harry Potter-loving adults.

The hour-long result is an expletive-filled triumph, boasting over 20 F-bombs and even a (bleeped) C-bomb or two, meaning that if you're of a nervous disposition, click away now - to this feature on badass movie beards, for example.

But if you're made of sterner stuff, then prepare to enjoy an exceptionally eloquent and really rather wonderful hour of movie chat below.

P.S. Here's the link to our iTunes page, the link to our SoundCloud account and finally our RSS feed, so you can subscribe to the Empire Podcast whichever way you like.

P.P.S. If you want to check out some of our other special extended interview podcasts, wrap your ears around William Friedkin, Zach Galligan, Emily Blunt, Edgar Wright and, as they say, much, much more...
