Craig looks awesome - scary and lithe and ready for a fight. love all the visuals and the fact that theres a good 'bleakness' to it.
but i agree 100% with those that need to hear the Bond theme during the movie. It is an integral part of the movies and should not be side lined by some shite 'modern' version. They tried that with one of the Brosnan ones (think it was by Moby but I am probably wrong) and it was... HORRIBLE.
I just hope to god that this is as good a movie as all us Bond fans w More

Shocked by this reaction.
Where is the Bourne stuff, or are you just using it as lazy shorthand? The film seems to be shot (and by the by it looks wonderfully shot) in a classical style, in stark contrast to Bournes free form, handheld style.
Not sure why Craig being older is a problem? Should we go for a 20 something Bond?

The elegance of the trailer, especially when some dude is falling down the side of the shanghai building is mesmerising. The cinematography is top notch.
The Dubsteppy music malarkey was incredible too. If this is shit, it will be such a let down.

The 'bram' equivalent on this occasion is representing gunshots (fire, echo), and perhaps the number of syllables in Skyfall (there is a momentary flash to a different scene in response to the first utterance of 'skyfall'), so hopefully the 'brams' say something more about the filmed being teased than 'default trailer element du jour'. Loving the trailer and is it me or did I spot a possible nod to the Bourne movies. The shot of Bond hitting the water, taken from below is very similar to the signiture Bourne moment. Regardless this is looking to me like it could be the best Bond yet, certainly a lot darker again and quite possibly the most menacing performance of 007 we have yet to encounter.
