The Empire Podcast #7 Is Here!
Mike Newell and Drew Goddard stop by

13 April 2012  |  Written by Ali Plumb

It's week seven of the Empire Podcast and this time we've got two directors for you to enjoy: Mike Newell, the man behind Four Weddings And A Funeral, Donnie Brasco and Harry Potter And The Goblet of Fire, as well as The Cabin In The Woods' Drew Goddard.

Newell came over to talk about his favourite film, La Grande Illusion, and Goddard popped round to talk about his debut feature, the meta-horror The Cabin In The Woods, as well as sharing some titbits on his script for Steven Spielberg's Robopocalypse.

In addition to these gentlemen, we've also got our regular batch of reviews, news and random Arnie impersonations for you to look forward to, all of which you can listen to below or on iTunes or on our RSS feed.

And there's more! As The Cabin In The Woods is such a complicated, easy-to-spoil-by-just-talking-about-it experience, we've created a special spoiler-filled mini podcast with Drew Goddard. It'll be online shortly for you to enjoy once you've seen the movie. Trust us, it's exactly the kind of film that you'll want to hear more about afterwards...

Seriously!? More
