UPDATE: The podcast is now available for your iPod! Head to our Empire Podcast iTunes page to download this very podcast and subcribe to every other podcast in the future. So what are you waiting for? Go go go!

No, you're not seeing things. Long after the world and his wife got into the podcast game, here it is: the very first Empire Podcast.

We're not on iTunes just yet, so this is the best place to listen to the first episode, featuring Empire writers Chris Hewitt, Helen O'Hara, Phil de Semlyen and Ali Plumb trawling through the major movie talking points of the filmic week.

And that's not all - we also have an exclusive interview with the great Paddy Considine, writer/director of Tyrannosaur, as he talks us through his passion for the Rocky movies.

What are you waiting for? Click on the link to hear our first show - and we'd love to hear suggestions and ideas on what we can do to improve over the coming weeks.

Email us at podcast@empireonline.com.

RE: No More Muppets For Jason Segel
L: King of Kafiristan L: Shifty Bench ng is, he's quite right. As welcome a presence as he was in petsn was careful not to make it The Segel Show. The stars were Kermit and co., as is only right and proper. No human interloper has ever continued through more than one Muppet movie, and whatever is planned for the future, the Muppets' anarchic non-template to date probably dictates that it won't be a straight-up sequel.xcellent, this is exactly what I've been saying. Avengers: Assemble?
I do not understand this decision at all. Both the Swedish and US versions of 'Insomnia' have as their titles... 'Insomnia.' As I'm pretty sure I can tell Stellan Skarsgard and Al Pacino apart--not to mention the sound of Swedish/Norwegian vs English--I was not in the least confused. So why would a poster with obvious superheroes make anyone wonder where Emma Peel is? Or why--assuming they think Johanssen is Peel--she's surrounded by Iron Man, Captain America and the Hulk? More
