American Reunion Red Band Trailer Online
Old habits die hard for Jim...

It’s been eight years since we’ve seen all the original American Pie gang together on screen, especially since most of them chose to sit out the increasingly awful straight-to-DVD spin-offs. But now they’re all back together for American Reunion and, following on from a teaser that effectively acted as a photo gallery of the cast, now comes an actual trailer with real footage. Take a look below, but beware of Red Band naughtiness if you’re at work in a place where sensitive kiddie eyes might stray towards the screen.

Actually, there’s not a lot here that’s truly offensive, aside from the concept of Jason Biggs’ Jim still being a chronic masturbator. Despite being seemingly happily married to Michelle (Alyson Hannigan), Jim can’t resist the chance to thrash one out when she’s in the bath, but is caught – in more ways than one – when his son arrives in the room. There’s one more little beat after that, but we won’t spoil it for you.

Suffice to say, this is exactly what you’d expect from a new American Pie outing, and while it doesn’t exactly scream fresh and new, it is at least nice to see the old gang reunited, even if they’re not present here.

American Pie: Reunion (as it’s apparently called over here) will be out on April 6 next year with Seann William Scott, Natasha Lyonne, Mena Suvari, Shannon Elizabeth, Tara Reid, Chris Klein, Thomas Ian Nicholas, Eugene Levy and Eddie Kaye Thomas all present and correct.

yet another crappy sequel methinks
w**k jokes? Really? They were funny 13 years ago, they shouldn't still be relying on them. And Stiflers mom? ffs, it'll probably see a rehash of the other 3 put together or something. I think its safe to say nothing will be original, and very little will be genuinely funny, as much it sucks to say that. In fact i jus read the wiki cast list, and it gives brief descriptions of some of the other characters. The ugly duckling? The virgin? The jock who takes his gf for girlfriend?? have they even le More

For some wierd reason I have a distinct feeling it might end up like Little Fockers. Which I hope it doesnt. Because America Pie is AWESOME! More

Finally a return to the original cast. Everything past The Wedding has been complete crap, hopefully this one will actually be funny again. More
