Jason Statham Rumoured For Fast Six
Could The Stath take on The Rock?

Jason Statham Rumoured For Fast Six

In this year's action spectacular Fast Five, Vin Diesel squared off with a worryingly sweaty Dwayne "The Rock" Johnson, culminating in a massive fight, loads of wrecked vehicles and one hell of a car chase.

Do you know what it was missing? Another angry bald action hero. In steps... Jason Statham. Or that's the rumour, anyway, with everyone's favourite one-time diver mentioned as a possible addition to Justin Lin's follow-up.

This information is from that ever-reliable fellow that goes by the name of "Unknown Source", but as it's such a juicy rumour -- and it's The Stath -- we thought we ought to let you know.

There's a further rumour, as put forward by The Twitch, that Jason could be involved in two new sequels (presumably called Fast Six and Furious Seven... maybe) with Lin shooting the two of them back to back.

This is supposedly corroborated by Lin's recent bowing out of a potential Terminator movie due to scheduling conflicts. Could these Fast And Furious movies be the films getting in the way of him and Skynet?

So many question marks hang over this one, but there you go. The Fast And The Furious 6 (or whatever it ends up being called) will be out, with or without The Stath, at some point in 2013.

They have to get him in the movie, one way or another. Him, Rock and Vin Diesel all in one big fight right at the end - now that's an action move in itself More
