New Green Lantern Posters Online
Hector Hammond and Abin Sur

In brightest day, in darkest night, no poster shall escape our sight, so here are two new additions to the Green Lantern's promo line-up, putting the spotlight on Temuera Morrison's Abin Sur and Peter Sarsgaard's Hector Hammond.

Now while Morrison's character does look a little like Kryten from Red Dwarf has been gently sauteed with some beetroot, he's actually a stand-up guy, an alien member of the Green Lantern Corps who's dedicated to protecting the galaxy from the scum of the universe any ne'er-do-wells who might try to overturn the cosmic apple-cart.

Hammond, meanwhile, is the scientist who encounters the evil Parallax's yellow energy and becomes a big-bonced baddie, as you can tell by the eyes here. And, for that matter, that terrifying moustache.

Green Lantern is out here on June 17. We leave you with this thought (second one down).
